Mediation – a way to alternative dispute resolution
The Hungarian Parliament in 2002 created the frames of mediation when giving legal guidelines to the process.
The aim of such process is to allow people finding their own way to out of court settle a dispute and allow them to communicate, even cooperate when finished.
